BLESS presents frame reference components from its company photo archive. For a new frame project, the customer drawing defines the geometry, material, mounting interfaces, machining and acceptance requirements.
Frame reference components with machined mounting faces, openings and connection features. The images are reference parts, with the actual specification confirmed against your own drawing.

Identify the required material specification, critical dimensions, machining, surface requirements and inspection records. If an item is undecided, mark it for discussion rather than assuming a standard specification.
Yes. Casting establishes the basic component shape; CNC machining may be specified for features such as mating faces, bores and threads. Mark these requirements on the drawing, including datums and dimensional requirements, so casting and machining can be discussed as one project.
The photographs are references from the BLESS image library. They do not establish inventory, a standard specification or the casting process used for a part. Send your own drawing and requirements to discuss a custom component.
Tell us what the part must do. A clear first reply should explain what we can confirm, and what we still need from you.
