BLESS / Structural Parts

Structural forms.
Clear assembly details.

BLESS presents structural aluminum component references from its company profile. The project drawing defines the component function, geometry, material and acceptance criteria; photographs do not establish a load rating.

Look at the features
that define the fit

Structural reference components with repeated features and assembly interfaces. The images are reference parts, with the actual specification confirmed against your own drawing.

  • Part and assembly contextExplain how the component is used and identify the interfaces that need control.
  • Repeated featuresSpecify the dimensions and relationships of openings, ribs and connection features.
  • Material and acceptanceState the material specification, functional requirements and evidence needed for acceptance.

Frequently asked questions

What does a custom aluminum casting supplier need to quote an OEM component?

Provide a drawing with its revision, the intended application, estimated order quantity and project stage. Identify the required material specification, critical dimensions, machining, surface requirements and inspection records. If an item is undecided, mark it for discussion rather than assuming a standard specification.

How should I specify material and inspection for custom aluminum components?

State the alloy designation and applicable standard if your design already specifies them. List critical dimensions, surface conditions and the checks or records you require. Material availability, manufacturing suitability and the inspection scope need to be confirmed for the individual project.

Are the photographed components standard products available from stock?

The photographs are references from the BLESS image library. They do not establish inventory, a standard specification or the casting process used for a part. Send your own drawing and requirements to discuss a custom component.
