About BLESS
Taicang Bless Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer focused on integrated aluminum casting solutions. Established in 2007, the company is headquartered in Taicang, Suzhou, with a branch in the Yangzhou area, within the Yangtze River Delta manufacturing region.
Our production workflow brings together in-house tooling design and manufacture, aluminum casting, CNC machining, painting and powder coating. We work from customer drawings toward finished components ready for assembly, with requirements agreed for each project. Casting processes include gravity casting and low-pressure casting.
We supply custom aluminum castings and CNC-machined components for industrial equipment manufacturers. Drawing reviews and manufacturing suggestions support project development, with samples confirmed before production is arranged.

Production equipment includes aluminum melting equipment, heat-treatment furnaces, shot-blasting equipment, machining centers and CNC lathes. Tooling design, manufacture and maintenance are carried out in-house.
On-site inspection capabilities include CMM dimensional measurement, spectrometer material analysis, tensile testing and non-destructive testing. Material, dimensional and mechanical-property reports can accompany deliveries as agreed.
